Our Apartments - Your Holiday Rental


Our newly built apartments are located in a small residential complex not far from the port of Cisano - a district of Bardolino. The location is quietly located at the end of a private road. The complex consists of only 12 apartments with a large pool surrounded by olive trees. The residential complex is built according to the "Klimahaus" standard and offers all year comforts at low energy consumption.

 

Each apartment has its own terrace with pergola, table and chairs where you can relax with a meal or a glass of wine. The equipment is completely new and architecturally modern designed. Included is the use of the communal swimming pool (winter break (October-April) and sun terrace, Astra satellite TV, wireless internet and independent heating. On request, air conditioning, private garages, lockable cellar rooms, bed linen and towels are available.

 

The apartments offer a sense of well-being, independence and privacy. Depending on the apartment, 4 to 6 people can sleep comfortably.

The apartments Verdi and Vivaldi are identical. The apartment Vivaldi is located on the upper floor and has about 55 sqm. The modern design in light and warm colors is pleasant and contributes to the well-being.

  • Kitchens with Siemens premium appliances, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven with grill, refrigerator with ice compartment, coffee machine. Cooking utensils and crockery also meet the high standard. You will miss nothing!
  • Living room with sofa bed (mattress approx. 170 x 200 cm). The sleeping sofa can be opened with a handle and has its own mattress.
  • Large bedroom with balcony, solid solid wood bed (180 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe with safe for your valuables.
  • A small bedroom with 2 single beds (90 X 200 cm). The beds can be pushed together as a double bed.
  • Bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, as well as a washing machine.
