Apartment Rental Prices

Prices may vary depending on the number of people. Included in the price:

  • Mandatory city tax
  • Gas and electricity
  • Wireless internet
  • Final cleaning

With the introduction of service fees for the guest by external booking portals, we can not recommend the booking via these. Instead, you can book directly with us and save this fee.

Services on request

  • Bed linen and towels: € 15 per week and person.
  • Use of air conditioning: € 60 per week.
  • Private lockable garage: € 6 per day.
  • For a stay of more than 2 weeks, we offer cheaper rates. Please contact us for special offers.

Terms

  • Rental is normally from Saturday to Saturday.
  • In respect of non-smokers, smoking in the apartments is not allowed. Ashtrays are available on the terrace.
  • Pets are not allowed in our flats.
  • Arrival is from 4 pm on (except for specific agreement).
  • On the day of departure, the apartments must be vacated by 10 am latest.
  • The final cleaning is included. However, the apartment must be clean, the dishes cleaned and tidy. Otherwise € 80 will be charged.
  • On the day of arrival, a deposit of € 250 must be paid in cash which will be refunded on the day of departure.
